A complaint about possible drug sales at a home in the 200 block of Haverhill Drive led to the arrest of a man and a woman, according to the Fayetteville Police Department.

The department’s Narcotic Vice Suppression Unit served a warrant to search the residence on Thursday, according to a news release.

Officers seized a 9 mm handgun; 25 grams of cocaine; 245 grams of Psilocybin hallucinogenic mushrooms; and 15 grams of marijuana, the news release said.

Frederick Alsbrooks, 35, of Fayetteville, was charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver drugs; possession with intent to sell or deliver cocaine; possession with the intent to manufacture or sell marijuana; felonyΒ maintainingΒ a dwelling for drug sales; andΒ possessionΒ of a firearm by a convicted felon, the release said.

Alsbrooks was held at the Cumberland County Detention Center under a $4,000 secured bond. Β 

Leslie Rye, 32, of Fayetteville, was charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver drugs andΒ possessionΒ of a firearm by a convicted felon. Rye received a $6,000 unsecured bond. Β
