A CrimeStoppers tip led to the arrest of a man on charges of selling cocaine and marijuana, according to the Fayetteville Police Department.

The department’s K9 Unit and Campbellton Community Engagement Response Team searched a residence in the 600 block of Lava Trail on Wednesday, according to a news release.

A search found: 

  • 26.1 grams of cocaine. 
  • 327 grams of marijuana. 
  • Three handguns, two of which were stolen. 
  • Ammunition.
  • Digital scales.
  • Drug paraphernalia.

Anthony Stefon Ford, 59, was charged with three counts of possession of a firearm by a felon; three counts of possession with intent to sell cocaine; three counts of possession with intent to sell marijuana; and one count of felony maintaining a dwelling for drug sales.

Ford was held at the Cumberland County Detention Center on a $175,000 secured bond, the news release said.
