Detectives with the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office are asking the public for help in identifying a man they say robbed a woman of her wallet at a convenience store Wednesday night.
The Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to the Circle K Gas Station on the 2900 block of Gillespie Street at 9:50 p.m. in reference to a personal robbery.
The investigation revealed that while the woman was completing her purchase at the register, a man snatched her wallet and ran from the store, the Sheriff’s Office said in a release. The man left in what appears to be a dark gray four-door sedan.
