Officers responded to reports that Raeqwon Mitchell Carlisle, 26, of Fayetteville, was at a residence in the 2000 block of Caramel Drive, according to a news release.

Members of the Police Department’s Crisis Negotiation Team, Emergency Response Team, Aviation Unit, and Traffic Unit arrived to assist in arresting Carlisle. After nearly six hours, he was taken into custody without incident, the release said.

On Saturday, Carlisle was being held at the Cumberland County Detention Center under no bond related to the parole violation and domestic violence charges. He is under an $11,000 secured bond on the remaining charges, a news release said.
