City Office closures and schedules for the Thanksgiving Holiday

City of Fayetteville Government offices will be closed on Nov. 23 and 24 to observe the Thanksgiving holiday. Please see the following holiday schedules for the Police Department, Solid Waste Division, Fayetteville Regional Airport, Fayetteville Area System of Transit and Fayetteville-Cumberland Parks and Recreation.
Police Department
Main police station front lobby and records unit at 467 Hay St. will be closed Thursday, Nov. 23, and Friday, Nov. 24

Solid Waste Division
Thursday’s garbage and yard waste will be collected on Wednesday, Nov. 22
Thursday’s recycling will be collected Saturday, Nov. 25
Friday’s garbage, yard waste and recycling will be collected as scheduled
Fayetteville Regional Airport
Airport Administrative Offices will be closed Thursday, Nov. 23, and Friday, Nov. 24

Fayetteville Area System of Transit (FAST)
FAST will not operate on Thursday, Nov. 23
FAST will resume normal operating hours Friday, Nov. 24
Administrative offices will be closed on Thursday, Nov. 23, and Friday, Nov. 24
Fayetteville-Cumberland Parks and Recreation
FCPR facilities will be closed on Thursday, Nov. 23
Administrative offices will remain closed on Friday, Nov. 24
Recreation Centers will operate on the abbreviated schedule of 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 24
Parks, trails and green space areas will remain open and accessible to the public
