Cumberland County Cooperative Extension offers beginning beekeeping course

Cumberland County Cooperative Extension will present a beginners beekeeping course with the first class on Sept. 28.

The class will meet at 6 p.m., according to a news release.

The course will cover the basic information necessary to get started in beekeeping and prepare students for the practical beekeeping course that will be taught in the spring.

The Beginning Beekeeping course is free and will be meet every Thursday for six weeks at the Cumberland County Cooperative Extension office, the release said.
