Greater Fayetteville Chamber hosts Quarterly Prayer Breakfast Tuesday at Methodist University

Posted

The Greater Fayetteville Chamber will be hosting its first Quarterly Prayer Breakfast at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday in the Matthews Ministry Center located at Methodist University.

The Quarterly Prayer Breakfast is an event designed to bring together members of the Chamber’s business community for a morning of reflection, inspiration and fellowship. It also serves as a platform for individuals from various backgrounds, professions and faiths to come together in a spirit of unity, facilitating community building and networking.

“I am so excited that the chamber membership has supported putting together this non-denominational event and worship service," said Nat Robertson, president and CEO of the Greater Fayetteville Chamber. "Just more indication that together we are stronger as a community in the light of our Father.”

Pastor Christopher Fletcher from Manna Church, Pastor Joshua Goodman from Cliffdale Christian Center, and Pastor Ernest Jones from True Vine Ministries will be leading prayer. Worship Pastor Jordan Tate from Manna Church will lead the music.

One of the first sponsors of the Quarterly Prayer Breakfast was Methodist University, which will be hosting the location at the Matthews Ministry Center.

"Methodist University has been a great partner, sponsor, and host of Greater Fayetteville Chamber events for years and so we're happy to welcome members and guests back to our campus in 2024 for the Quarterly Prayer Breakfast," MU President Stanley T. Wearden said. "Those who have had the opportunity to visit the beautiful chapel within the Matthews Ministry Center on our campus know it's the perfect location for thoughtful, spiritual reflection and fellowship."

Doors for the event open at 8:45 a.m. for networking. The program will begin at 9 a.m. Breakfast will be provided by Chick-fil-A Skibo Road. Admission is free, but registration is required through the Chamber website at www.faybiz.com. Sponsorship opportunities are also available for Chamber members.

For more information or to sponsor the event, email events@faybiz.com or call the Chamber office at 910-483-8133.
