Apostle/ Prophet Howell had come to know the Lord Jesus Christ through the trials, tribulations and hardships of his life. He was a member of the Holy Outreach Church, Tampa, FL, under the leadership of Pastor Dr. Ala F. Vickers. Prophet Howell was a great man of God’s spoken Word. He was an anointed powerful man of prayer; he prayed the prayer of faith and deliverance until Heaven shook and the atmosphere shifted. Apostle Howell was a willing vessel and an instrument that was framed for the Master’s use. The Prophet was an influence to the betterment of humankind, globally and international, traveling over the highways and byways preaching the true word of God and delivering souls for the Kingdom of Christ. He will truly be missed deeply by many.

Prophet Howell leaves to mourn his passing and yet cherish his memory: his loving wife, Minister Luvonne Howell (Holloway) of strength and courage during the honeymoon period of their marriage; siblings, Stephen D. Howell, (TX), Larry S. Howell (NJ) and Robert King, (MI); and a host of nieces, nephews as well as James Bey, great nieces, great nephews, other relatives and friends.
