Joann B. McCormick, 90, born Oct. 6, 1931, went home May 5, 2022 at 2:15PM at Cape Fear Valley Hospital.
She is preceded in death by her ex-husband Joseph McCormick, her parents Robert & Rossie Barnhill, brothers Arthur Barnhill and Lloyd Barnhill, and sisters Louise Guerra and Pauline Lovick.
Joann is survived by her daughter Patti Simmons (Mike Myrick), daughter Diane Pauff (Louis Pauff), daughter Kathleen Robbins (David Robbins), and a son Pat McCormick (Mary McCormick); and by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Joann was a member of LaGrange Park Baptist Church. She loved to do crafts and she loved to help anybody that needed help.
Family and friends are invited to gather at Joann's house on Wednesday, May 11, 2022, starting at 11 am.
