Police Department offers hiring workshop Saturday for potential recruits

The Fayetteville Police Department will host a hiring workshop on Saturday, according to a news release.  

Four sessions are scheduled at Homewood Suites by Hilton, 4028 Legend Ave.

For each orientation session, department recruiters will present potential candidates with basic information about the Police Department and its hiring procedures, the release said. Guidance to help potential candidates complete the online job application will be given.

Potential applicants can choose which orientation session to attend, the release said. The schedule is:

• Session 1: 8–10 a.m. 
• Session 2: 10 a.m.–noon.   
• Session 3: 1–3 p.m.   
• Session 4: 3–5 p.m.
