SSgt. Richard Alan ‟Rick” Birth, (Retired), 67 of Fayetteville went home to be with the Lord Sunday, June 12, 2022 in his home.
Rick was born in Huntingdon, PA on May 18, 1955, son to the late Elvin and Shirley Moss Birth. SSgt Birth served in the US Air Force and was a Desert Shield and Desert Storm Veteran. He served with the upmost Honor and Respect and retired after 20 years of service. Rick was an avid reader of the Bible and is now home with his Lord. He was an avid reader of Peanuts and had a big collection. He took up being Pawbo the Clown while station at Mildenhall, England and had a diploma for Clown School. Most of all, he is so missed by his family and his wife is so proud of him and his love for the Lord.
Along with his parents, Rick was preceded in death by his brother, Donald Birth.
He is survived by his loving wife, Cynthia A. Henderson Birth of Fayetteville; a daughter, Shenita M. Birth Branson and husband Shelton of Fayetteville; a brother, Randall Birth (Molly Ann) of Spencer, NC; a sister, Terri Birth of Timber Lake, NC; 1 grandchild, Taylor Marie Branson of Greensboro, NC; a nephew, Donald Birth (Sarah) of Winston Salem, NC and their daughter Piper Birth, many extended family member and friends.
