The 2022 CityView Downtown Visionaries Luncheon

The luncheon will recognize Harry Shaw, a civic leader who was a driving force behind Cross Creek Linear Park, and Dr. Menno Pennink, a Fayetteville businessman who was a supporter of downtown Fayetteville long before others shared his vision.

The event will include:

• Recognition of honorees.
• Updates about the Cape Fear Regional Theatre renovation, the county's proposed multipurpose events center, and the N.C. Civil War & Reconstruction History Center.
• Presentation of the State of the District report by Bianca Shoneman, president of the Cool Spring Downtown District.
