A Spring Lake man has been arrested on multiple charges related to child pornography, the Fayetteville Police Department said.
Michael Shannon Amos II, 22, of the 3300 block of Huntingbay Road, was arrested March 11 by detectives with the Police Department’s Cyber Crime Unit. He faces 24 charges of second- and third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor, police said.
This case originated from a cyber tip and more than 100 images and videos were seized, police said.
Amos received a $60,000 unsecured bond.
