Harold Dewey Williams, 90, of Raleigh, died Monday, November 14, 2022, at UNC Rex Hospital.
Harold is the son of the late Dewey and Blanche Williams. He was preceded in death by his wife,
Barbara Medlin Williams and his daughter, Vicki Williams Hedgepeth.
Harold is survived by his two brothers, colin and Jack Williams
A graveside service will be held 2:00 PM Sunday, November 20, 2022 at Ephesus Baptist Church
Cemetery, Raleigh with Pastor Greg Templin officiating.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Ephesus Baptist Church Cemetery Fund, 6767 Hillsborough
Street, Raleigh NC 27606.
