The Community Cohesion Committee (C3) benefit concert is scheduled for March 30 from 7 to 9 p.m. at Segra Stadium, 460 Hay St.  Admission is $10.  Proceeds will benefit families in Fayetteville and the surrounding areas. Synder Music Academy students are scheduled to perform. 

Red Cross Ball

The Red Cross Ball will be a virtual event on March 26 from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Join us as we party for a purpose and celebrate the lifesaving mission of the American Red Cross in Eastern North Carolina and the Sandhills Chapter.

  The  Cumberland County GOP Annual Fundraiser is scheduled for April 10 at 4 p.m. at the Crown Ballroom, 1960 Coliseum Drive.

The Harlem Globetrotters return to Fayetteville with their Spread Game Tour on April 13 at 7  p.m. at the Crown  Coliseum, 1960  Coliseum Drive. 

The Bibles and Bags Women's Conference is scheduled for March 18-19 at the Crown Coliseum, 1960 Coliseum Drive.  Hours are 6:30 p.m. March 18 and  6 p.m. March 19.

Grammy nominated singer/songwriter Jeremy Camp brings his "I Still Believe Tour" to the Crown Theatre on March 19 at 7 p.m. The crown is at 1960 Coliseum Drive. Riley Clemmons and Jordan St. Cyr are the opening acts.

 Green Side Up Garden & Gift Center will present a Spring Flowers Paint Class March 19 from  1 to 3:30 p.m. at 3783 Wilmington Hwy.  Tickets are $28 and include supplies, a pre-traced 11 x 14 canvas and step-by-step instructions. 

NC CVMA® 15-1 Annual Memorial Ride and Dedication on March 19 at Fort Bragg Harley-Davidson,  3950 Sycamore Dairy Road. Free to attend the ceremony and visit with vendors. Registration is for the memorial ride only.

Carvers Creek State Park presents "Who lives in a tree?'' on March 18 at 1 p.m. The park is at 2505 Long Valley Road, Spring Lake.   Learn about the special animals that live in the trees. There also will be a craft and activities. 

The National Indoor Soccer League  Championship weekend is April 2 through April 3 at the Crown Coliseum, 1960 Coliseum Drive.

The April 26 game starts at 6:05 p.m. The April 27 game starts at 11:05 a.m. The April 28 game starts at 7:05 p.m. The April 29 game starts at 7:05 p.m.  The April 30 game starts at 5:05 p.m.  The May 1 game starts at 2:05 p.m.

The  Arts Council of Fayetteville/Cumberland County is presenting two mini-exhibits, "Raised by Angels" and the "Experiences of Black Women of Cumberland County, " through March 19 at The Arts Center, 301 Hay St. Both mini-exhibits are free and open to the public.

The  Fayetteville Markmen will play the Roanoke Rail Yard Dawgs as part of a school game day promotion at 10 a.m.  March 17 at the Crown Coliseum, 1960 Coliseum Drive.

 The fifth annual  St. Paddy's Day on Hay Music Festival is scheduled for  March 12 from 4 p.m. to 2 a.m. at  Huske Hardware House Restaurant, 405 Hay St. After 7pm this is a 21+ with cover charge.

The Carolina Civic Center Historic Theater will host its eighth annual My Time to Shine Talent Competition on March 19 at  7 p.m.  The theater is at 315 N. Chestnut St., Lumberton.

Now through June 18, the Airborne & Special Operations Museum will have a new, interactive augmented reality experience titled "D-Day: Freedom From Above'' exhibit.

Alphabet Hike

An Alphabet Hike is scheduled for March 15  from 10 to 11 a.m. at Lake Rim Park, 2214 Tar Kiln Drive.  Admission is free. Children will search for the letters of the alphabet on this guided hike. Each letter is a clue to something that is found in the park.

  Clark Park Nature Center is having a guided mountain bike tour on March 12 starting at 8:30 a.m. at the nature center, 631 Sherman Drive.  Admission is free.

The Cumberland County Public Library kicks off the 13th annual Storytelling Festival at Segra Stadium on March 11 at 6:30 p.m. Everyone is welcome to this free family-friendly event.

Bell's Seed Store presents a free seminar with Bryce Lane, the host of PBS' "In the Garden," on March 12 at 10 a.m. The event will be at 230 E. Russell St.
